Charlotte Beck Hillyer, 81, of Colonial Beach, VA, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018. She was the widow of Robert F. Hillyer and was retired as administrative assistant at VA Tech Research Center. She was a member of Menokin Baptist Church, Mayflower Society, American Legion Post #148 Auxiliary, and Fraternal Order of Eagles.
She is survived by a brother, Charles I. Beck III and his wife Eloise of Tappahannock, VA; niece, Elizabeth Prout; and nephews, John Gouldman, Aaron Beck and Jason Beck. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lou Gouldman and nephew, Eugene Gouldman, Jr.
